Grace Christian Academy is in the beautiful city of Corona located in the southern California county of Riverside.  GCA began in 1995 to meet the eduational needs of the families attending Grace Baptist Church. 
 
We now strive to assist all parents that seek us out in training their children to be Christ-like.  This teaching and nurturing process begins in the home and continues throughout life.  A good Christian school, in addition to the home and church is a place where the process of Christian education takes place.  In recent years GCA has been blessed with near capacity student enrollment at most levels.
 
We currently offer classes for students from age 4 to Grade 12.  Students in the elementary levels use the A Beka Book® curriculum -- a thorough, enjoyable, highly teachable phonics approach to reading.  Also click on The Blumenfeld Education Letter  to read a newsletter article written by Dr. Samuel L. Blumenfeld on A Beka Book's approach to developing good writing habits with Kindergarten students.  Dr. Blumenfeld has published six books on education in America, and spent much of his career investigating the decline in American literacy, the reasons for the high rate of learning disabilities in American children, the reasons behind the educational establishment in America's support for sex and drug education, the reasons why so many children are labeled ADD, and why the public school system refuses to use intensive phonics in reading instruction and memorization in mathematics instruction.

Grace Christian Academy teachers are qualified to teach not only because of their training, but also because of their high personal standards and their relationship with the Lord.  GCA teachers are dedicated to the ministry of teaching and have the child's best interest at heart.

The Grace Christian Academy program includes Bible, Language, Reading, Math, Science, History, Music, Art, Physical Education and various elective courses for senior high students.  GCA also offers a variety of activities and events in which to participate.  These include elementary choir, annual academic productions, quarterly field trips, Spirit Week, Fun Festival, Spelling Bee, Science Fair and an annual Fine Arts Competition.
